Budget for this project is $150 to $200.
I'm looking for someone to make my current Joomla website into a website that can compete with these big websites:

The site must be clean, visually pleasing with a little flash and some really nice graphics and banners on each page.
The entire website must be W3C compliant with this website:

The website has about 20 pages total that must be redesigned and validated.
RECAP: This is a for a new template design of the Joomla site, would prefer drop down menus. Redesign of all content pages to include a flash banner on the home page and nice graphic banners on the other pages. Every page must pass W3C validation.
The website will be given to the winner. You can't copy any of the websites above mentioned as I do business with them sometimes.
If you do a great job it could mean more business as I get some Joomla requests from time to time, but don't have anyone to do them.
