Messenger for Dating Site

We need a better messenger for our dating site, the dating site is programmed in ASP, and the messenger should be programmed in FlashCom Server, it is already installed in our server. Only logged users with upgraded account (VIP or tokens) should be able to use the messenger. That information is extracted from Database via ASP, and your program should somehow read the nick name and the check if user is VIP or has Tokens before it will load.

These are function we need

* When viewing profile, if users is online, and above condition are met, you can start a one on one text (and optional Video/Voice) conversation

* Ability to block user from contacting you again (black list either in your script or we can write it in database using ASP)

* Once click on start conversation, the end user should get a pop up box asking if he/she wishes to accept, ignore or block the user.

* Once the window for conversation loads, it should also include users Location, Nick, Age, sex also if any picture on the profile.

* Ability to resize the video (if on)

* Sending smiley faces on the text window, pulled from database via ASP

* User should be able to chat to more than one user at the same time, each with their own window (if video/voice is sending to one person it can not be send to other window, because its using the hardware already, but ability to text chat)

* Showing how many users are logged on the messenger, and once click on it, pull up the list which includes age/sex/location, and once double click on the user, send the request for conversation to end user.

* When user navigates to different pages, the conversation window should not close.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

All the source code, plus working files, we should be able to compile the source code. And a writing guarantee that you would not sell this application to anyone else, with our copy rights on it

## Platform

Our server runs on Windows 2003, Flashcom is installed on it.
