Simple Website Project

Hello Coders, This is a very simple project but challenging. The project is to design a one page professional looking site for which I will provide the content, I want to put flash there, I will provide the flash too and what you need to do is to make a superb page with optimization so that it can load fast. Secondly it requires a form to be made, having nearly ten items like this Name : Father's Name : This form should be good looking and suit the pattern of site and should be easy to handle, filling for visitors as well as for me to handle it on my end to recieve in good easy form. This is a type of trial project and I prefer the one who bid for lowest with the highest quality assurance, show me your past work and I need to do it as soon as possible may be in the next 5 hours for which I am online and the person who completed the project with in next 5 hours will get a bonus too. It helps me understand the person dedication and attitude to further work with him or not. Thanks.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
