We have a website at:

And would like to do a face lift.

We'd like to have a graphic feel and look more similar to these.

Our base system is word press, VB forum, x-cart, and kyako support system. All are PHP and CSS based.

[[url removed, login to view]][1] for example, uses flash interface for the menu at top. Has a distinct head and foot, as well as graphic look throughout. It too has user driven content that allows owners and members to post data easily. Thus, we wish to stay with the PHP systems we use but to enhance the look and feel, including banner systems, video systems, and photo gallary systems.

We need you to look through these sites and CLEARLY understand how they are laid out and function. We then need you to modify our site to have similar functions and a more modern look using our color schemes.

We will pay a generous bonus to the best design and quickest work. As well as provide further projects.

You MUST understand FLASH, PHP, CSS, and Graphic Desin very, very well.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

We need a clone of function and similar look to sites noted.

You need to use flash, PHP, MySQL, and CSS.
