We are looking for someone who can make a website for online betting similar to: [url removed, login to view] but with an added feature of online virtual football team manager in which one registers which will including paying a set amount to a paybill (meaning the website will be integrated with a paybill and pesapal) he/she is then given virtual money to purchase players. As a team coach, he chooses the Team name he wants to coach eg Brasil, then he/she picks players to create a team. Note that each team creation will be pegged on real life games i.e. The upcoming World Cup. At the end of the league/world cup, four teams are selected as winners according to how many points their players have gotten in total.
Players will be given initial monetary purchase values and as the event continues and the player earns points their value increases there making it much expensive for another team manager to buy him.
At the end of the event the team manager with a team that has the most points from his/her players total wins, followed by the next highest then the next to create the top four.
Also the website will be integrated with an existing sms platform.
