Wordpress customization

We have a finished wordpress site and now we need some customization and bug fixes.

its a network for founder and startups. they can chat, write messages, connect each other, search for new workers, post startups idea projects etc.

this are out bugs/ customization wishes

- project: „Praktikant“ „Mitgründer“ „Festanstellung“ „Business Angel“ „Venture Capital“ - therefore it also must possible to choose one or more of them in the user profile

- more search options if you search for user. Categories like „Stadt“(city) „foto yes or no“ „choose what you are searching „Praktikant“, „Mitgründer“, „Festanstellung“, „Business Angel“, „Venture Capital“

- Picture on the homesite must be a little bit smaller height

- other dropdown-menü design

- Logo must be bigger

- in profiles also shown the network of friendship - if you are a friend of a person with a person you talked than it is shown like in XING

- show last profilviewer at the end on your own profile

- show how much profile view you have at the end on your own profile

- Chatplugin doenst work for not admins

- not all friend pictures are really round - please fix this bug

- the pictures scratches to be round - looks not good

- newsstream show mail adress please change to username

- new modern design for the website with nice animations like this site: [login to view URL]

- user profile pictures must be resized otherwise the page speed is to low

- another color theme would be also good

- banner in the footer with how many people are online at the moment at how many - - people look at the site today - this must be fake the numbers

- if you want to answer to a project the message button don't work
