Wordpress expert for a website customization project

1 - You can work on your server to show me progress

2 - I'll not release funds until you hand over the work and i approve the work as completed

3 - If you fail to show updates on time, I'll apply for a job cancellation

I need a Wordpress expert to customize the navigation menu to my needs. I'll show you a reference site and I need someone to do it the way I need. This is a test project and if the hired applicant does it well, more jobs will be sent your way.
