- Create a web application that is able to:

+ Maintain an address book (name, mobile#, e-mail, etc)

+ Import / Export address book (Outlook, mobile address book)

+ Webpage to create a message and select contact to send email, SMS and/or Whatsapp

+ Webpage for the user to create a email (or upload a WORD DOC as content) and to broadcast email directly from the web

+ Able to communicate with mobile client application to

* Import address book (mobile address book)

* Broadcast the message to selected contacts & media selected (email, SMS, Whatsapp)

* Send the status of each of the broadbast to the web application

+ Maintain an audit trail of the message + contacts + status of each broadcast, and display as a report to the user. User able to query via

* Date Range

* Media Type (email, SMS, Whatsapp)

+ User able to search Message Content (keyword/s) and select a message and the system will display information about the message and the status of the broadcast

Create a mobile application (able to support Andriod + iOS)

+ To be able to communicate and work with the web application as described above

- Access Control
+ Company Level
+ Administrator for Company to
* Create / Add / Delete User
* Generate Password and email to user
* Password Reset (via registered mobile / email / by administrator)
* Generate statistics and reports

- User to be able to login to web or via Mobile App

- Web Gateway to SMS / Email / Whatsapp (possible?)

- Payment Gateway
+ Monthly subscription based on # of users in each company
+ Monthly billing based on the number of SMS / Email / Whatsapp sent by each company


- Performance:
+ Able to support address book of up to 10,000 contacts
+ Able to broadcast 10,000 messages (via web or mobile app)
