545964 Fixing some html and template install.

This is a pretty straightforward project. I have two websites:

and

[url removed, login to view]

I need the html on [url removed, login to view] fixed. The site looks awful right now. I could easily do this myself but don't have the time at the moment. On HawaiiJeepRental I would like to have this template:

[url removed, login to view]

installed and a logo made that fits with that design.
