Pimp a coupon script prototype

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

I'am planning to outsource a midsized web application development project.

Its the first time I outsource a project - so this project is kind

of a "test" - if successfull accomplished, there may are more projects to come.

The result should be a couponing website like a lightweight clone

of [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view] a.s.o.

I am not looking for a "mercedes" but lets say a "vw" - perfect usable, fast enough, reliable and cost effective.

I am assuming that you now know what a couponing website is about and

what the main features are. (Inserting a couponcode, Searching/ Viewing a couponcode etc.)
