small JS / PHP jobs (MUST know paypal check out functions)

I have a few pretty easy tasks for this job.

Here are the tasks:

1) This is Javascript: on the right side, look at the "total and payment" section. I have manually added the line "Handling Fee". I would like the amount to be calculated this way:

- 3 dollars per item with a minimum of 10 DOLLARS (which means the default amount will be 10 dollars - if 4 items in cart the amount will beecome 12 dollars)

- if subtotal (before the handling fee) is > 100 dollars => handling fee = 0 dollar.

2) Update Amazon / Google / Paypal pages accordingly so the handling fee is correctly reflected in the check out pages of these merchants.

3) look at the "2-day pass", "4-day pass" and "6-day pass" links. When clicking on one of the links ("2-day pass" for example), it becomes bold. I would like that when we click on another link ("4-day pass" for example) the previous link "2-day pass" font-weight becomes normal.

4) add 3 text area fields saying "pick up location", "flight number" and "pick up time" in the "Private Shuttle" product. I need this text area to be filled IF the product "Private Shuttle" is in the cart. Otherwise, if the user clicks on the payment button without filling these text areas, the non filled fields turn red. The text areas input will have to show up in the Paypal / Amazon / Google check out pages so I know the pick up location, flight number and pick up time when they place the order.

Please make sure you have the skills and experience (specially 1 and 2 and 5) to do the job. This is a today job.
