whmcs module

Hi

We need someone to create the following and we are looking in to the posibilities

1; a module for whmcs which does provisioning of twilio and openvbx

In the end we want the following result:

Customer goes to,our website, picks a product which is a phonenumber, is shown a list of phonenumbers for the country they choose, picks one or more numbers by selecting them. Then after the order is paid for the plugin should create a account in twilio and a tenant in openvbx and add the numbers to that tenant end offcourse twilio

also the plugin should unprovision the tenant but not delete it from twilio as we need to bill them

Software will be owned by us, you will have to provide your own testing enviroment
