WordPress Theme Tweaking

Need help customizing the 'Big Feature' WordPress theme from theme forest. The theme has several hooks which are making it harder to move things around. Need someone who can:

1) Change out jquery slider to another. The new slider should not rotate but should have selectable buttons to the featured posts. The new slider should be like the one on the theme forest octobusiness theme - [url removed, login to view]

2) Add styling to slider bar to match specifications

3) Add nav items to header

4) Move Search Form currently in header to Nav Bar

4) Add bottom widgets or style existing widget with nav bar items

5) Style footer

6) Get WP-PagNavi working on posts
