Project 2 - Joomla upgrade 1.5 to 2.5.9

Upgrade of site from Joomla 1.5 to 2.59 plus upgrade of EasyBlog to latest version (I will purchase the $59 plan on behalf of customer).
Also need a 301 redirect to be placed from the non-www version of the site to the www version
Easyblog functions - include captcha, metatags - Title Tag and Meta Description, image optimisation, comments, tags and categories, H1 H2 H3, social share buttons under title for Twitter, Facebook, G+ and linkedIn, read more tag.
The read more tag should mean that we are able to make the blog " latest posts" page look more user friendly - a couple of paragraphs (and an image) instead of the one-liner.
Please confirm estimate of costs to do this upgrade, and when you will be able to do it.
