We need a social networking site developed from scratch. This project includes the design, CSS/HTML coding as well as the scripting and integration of required functionalities. It also includes the installation of the final product on the server and bug fixing when necessary.
We need advice as to wether to use open source framework (Joomla, Drupal etc.) or custom.
The site will be run as membersite with 3 levels of subscription.
Please provide samples of your practical work experience, especially scripting of other social networking sites.
We are looking for a fully functional, bug-free website, so the quality is of prior importance. However, price also plays a significant role.
