Transferring Ning site over to Joomla

We are an Austin, TX entertainment website that is looking to get off of the Ning platform and transfer our members, blogs, forums, groups, and all associated media files over to a new Joomla site utilizing JomSocial, Kunena, and K2 content.
Ideal applicants would be able to take the data provided from Ning, parse and convert it into a format Joomla can use and transfer it to the new site (if possible, maybe directly to the MySQL database in bulk? Options will need to be discussed). We are a decent sized community (40,000+ users) so automation will be key.
We are looking specifically for someone who knows how Ning formats their data and has experience converting that data over to Joomla's format. Preference will be given to applicants with previous experience moving a site from Ning to Joomla, as well as applicants who can demonstrate an understanding of the two formats, or have working experience with Joomla and JomSocial migrations.
