We are looking for a small team of web application developers for a very long term relationship of 3-4 years. We will begin with one project and upon successful completion of the same we will sign up for a very long term relationship. We may also be interested in strategic relationship wherein we will invest in the company as well incubate the company by providing all the necessary infrastructure from our side. We have following criteria to short list the team/company.
(1) You should be at least a team of 4 members which include designer, developer etc. proficient with PHP & HTML, JSP preferable. **You should not be a team of more than 7 people.**
(2) It is preferable that you are at least a private limited company. However, this can be waived off if your credentials are very good with good International clientele.
(3) You should be working full time for your company/team - we strictly do not want to work with freelancers who have day jobs. **Please do not apply if you have a day job.**
(4) You MUST be in business for at least past one year.
(5) You should have a at least 15 International clients, out of which at least 2 should be long term. **We will do the reference check with your clients.**

(8) How many partners are there in the company?
(9) What is the total team size? How many are technical?
(10) What is your approximate revenue in last 12 months?
