LifeChat is meant to be a client-server chatting system for people to get in touch with a group of doctors for their complaints and clarifications. There will be a server for all connections, monitoring and administration of the chat. While there will be two types of clients one basic client which will support strictly private messaging which doesnt need to show who are online but just the available doctors, it should also support picture chatting where cursors could be used to draw some annotations, and be able to load pre-sketched diagrams into the whiteboard. The other client will be for the doctors who will have picture chatting too, with maximum number of 20 concurrent connections to the basic clients at a time. Also this should support strict private messaging.

The login system for the basic client should be thru a username and a PIN number that will expires after a one time use, while the login for the doctors client should be thru a unique ID and password. The server should contain all contemporary administrative features. Other basic features will be communicated

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
