Magento tweaks and hacks

New magento install and upgrades to 1.7 now have the admin login not working, have tried commenting out cookies code but no luck, need this fixed

We have products with many options,we need to option prices to transfer to the cart and through checkout

The cart container only can show 1 or 2 items before it fills, need this show show all items added to the cart in the main cart screen

Need our order,credits etc numbers to be changed in the data base to start at 150097 and advance 1 number per order

need checkout to switch to https

Cart is set at default theme need it changed to them other pages use
