317321 phpBB 3.0 Fix

I have a phpBB 3.+ forum, where I was adding a mod and followed the steps, however, I now get the following when I try to log into the admin area and it will not let me in, where it seems to be causing a cookie issue:

[phpBB Debug] PHP Notice: in file /includes/[url removed, login to view] on line 3763: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /language/en/acp/[url removed, login to view])

[phpBB Debug] PHP Notice: in file /includes/[url removed, login to view] on line 3764: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /language/en/acp/[url removed, login to view])

This should be a pretty easy fix for someone who knows phpBB.
