Project for Kavita only - commission Incentive and reward program for OSC 2.3 site

Development and coding of a commission based incentive and reward program for existing OSC 2.3 website. As discussed in project plan. Project is to create and implement an add-on to our website where a 'reseller/agent' is provided with commission (variable set by Admin) for any sale where a new customer uses a code entered by them during shopping. The commission (set by admin) is ongoing for every future order by the customer. The admin section must allow reports to be generated showing commission owing to each 'reseller/agent' and have the ability to indicate it has been paid. The 'reseller/agent' can log in to their agent dashboard and see what orders have been made using there unique code (but with no personal customer details). They can also see both paid and unpaid commissions applicable to them. Full details in the scope document provided and negotiated already.
