Order Form

Hi,

Require an order form for my web hosting business, must be able to accept orders over multiple pages, accept credit card payments and process them. I do not know if it is possibe to intergrate paypal, if so i do not want the user to have the same paypal interface but my own interface that they enter the cc info into. They will also have the option of being able to pay via Direct Debit into my bank account.

Project must be very professional, and to a high standard, examples of previous work would be appreciated. Also needs to be able to work with cPanel and Web Host manager so once payment has been made via CC it can automatically setup the account online, and i do not have to do this myself so it is all fully automated. If this project is done well then i will get the winner to do many more projects that i require done.
