42551 Script modify

I have a script which write username and password into htpasswd file. I would like to modify it, so that it can write username and password into my mysql db as well. Also, when it delete a user, the script will move the user from one table to another table. I have attached the script in this post. There are perl and php version. You need to tell me which version you want to modify. I only need one version to modify per bidder.
