I need a new search engine like the major search engines!

I would like a very complex search engine to compete with the big boys!
i need a full admin panel from templates to url control.
I want edit functions, add or reject, robots, indexer , spider, etc.
So what Iam asking for is a complete system that can be controlled in the browser.
This would have to be installed on my servers by the designer and controlled by us.
I am not looking for anything that needs 100's people to run.
focalmedia makes a really great search engine and wouldnt mind have the same thing that i can own and resell.
I want full ownership copyrights and patents!

We do advertising and promotion!
I ma loking to spend about whatever it take on this maybe a little more to the right company!
This search engine will be world wide and needs to be ready for alot of visitors so no cgis!
If you can produce a working model for an example that would be a plus! (Prior work)
I also have another project that were building and do need some help on it and will post!
Also as part of the search engine I would like to be able to have so we can add includes such as classifieds, dating, and so on with the smae password so they can log into all that is part of the site.
Seen how Yahoo has it wher you login and takes you anywhere with the same password.
I would also like to add a community for free webpage hosting also like geocities.
I want to be able to grow with the search engine and not be stuck with some thing we cant add too!
