Data Conversion: SQL SERVER to MYSQL

I need to move 570 member profiles to my new database. My current database is in SQL Server and the site is written in ASP.

The new database is MYSQL and the site is written in PHP using an open source software called osdate.

Other context/requirements that providers will need to know:

The data conversion must be performed on the developers own development environment and not on my live server. A thorough testing to eliminate any possible bug that is created by this conversion if any. No bugs should found on the website before marking the project as "completed".

Time frame for delivery:

I need to have this up and running within 3 weeks.
