ESRI map tiling(repost)(repost)

To create and cache map tiles (same specifications as Google Map tiles) from a series of possible ESRI map services.? The tiles need to be made and cached on the fly in response to a request from Google Earth? and/or Openlayers.? These tiles then are to be displayed in Google Earth (via network link) and on Openlayers ([url removed, login to view]).

Configeration required through a web based interface to allow a user to create update and delete ERSI mapping services for possible use.? here they will enter information about the service, such as name,? request url, and which layers to use.
