Hosting Joomla component

I have a hosting joomla component (legacy 1.5) which offers 3 different payments and provides cpanel integration. I would like to know what would be the approximate cost to add more hosting panels to it (kloxo, vhcs2, ispcp omega,...) with automatic account creation. The component already has invoicing and I would like to extend it to have graph income and expenditure (server for example).

Itself asks users to login to site to buy a plan, but I would like it to offer membership plans (with registration) with special prices and standard no-login prices.

Also, I have an idea of integrating with noixACL component to adjust special plan access for members who paid membership through AEC (accexp) membership component.

I am a seriously interested client, so please be accurate as much as possible regarding price and time needed.
