Webpage that shows what a website looks like on a mobile phone

I would the code to creat a web page similar to this

this page asks for a url, then when test has been pressed does the following

* Load a copy of the page into the large broswer

* Display the web page as it would display on a mobile phone

* generates a Qr code to check it on a mobile phone
