Wordpress Wp-e-commerce Quote Instead of Sale Plugin

First Feature: for a list of certain users who are logged in, create a plugin that allows logged in users in list to select "quote" under the products page. and create a custom quote page that displays the invoice instead of actually processing the order.

Order of actions:

1) User logs in

2) if member of list has "Quote" option under products

3) member shops, selects items they want to purchase, then clicks on "Products" then Quote"

4) Quote Option takes user to page that displays Yes/No if they wish to continue with a brief detail (price, tax, shipping, etc), then produces a quote (same as sales invoice) if they choose to accept in a modifiable format by the administrator (wordpress page).

5) Copy of quote in Email is sent to administrator and User's email

Second Feature:

The User should be able to reference quotes under a submenu of products and a page called "quotes" where they can edit/delete quotes and/or add products to the shopping cart and place an actual order.

The page should display:

1) A summary list of quotes, with actions to edit/delete/process

2) a detail page where the user can see details on the quote, or modify/delete cart items

3) An option to print the item in a printable format

Requirement: Must be able to enter Discount codes from wp-e-commerce, and must be applied. Minor Documentation is necessary that will enable another coder to pickup the project in the future. This plugin must be seperate from wp-e-commerce

the invoice page should be in wordpress, and the layout should be modifiable.

you may use 3rd party plugins, but any plugin used must allow updates without error to the site in the future. example; dont modify plugins or files that will change functionality when updated.

must use our theme with no modifications that will affect future plugin updates, or during a routine wordpress update.
