221991 PHP/MySQL script modification

I have a CMS script that was done for me in the past that needs simple modifications. Currently the script on hte admin side has text box fields to enter ~15 different things which are sorted and displayed on the front end of the site. I need this changed to different name of fields and how its outputted on the front end. I will need ~5 fields (so 10 will be removed and ~5 will be renamed.

2nd part of the project is to install and integrate a script that I will provide you with. The script has full installation documentation and not hard to install.

I need a good and reliable PHP/mySQL programmer for this project and who wants ongoing work. Must be available on IM and be English / Russian speaker.
