them. It will be primarily focused to show videos of local US based businesses. Navigation needs to be very user friendly, clean and professional looking. It needs to be organized by locations, categories, industries and keywords that can easily be added to on the back end as more companies from more industries and cities are added regularly.

An account will need to be created with username and password to be able to upload videos. There will be free accounts and paid for accounts so it will need to be set up for both options. There will be mandatory fields that need to be filled in such as city, state and category. The uploaded videos will need to be for reviewed by me before going live to make sure there is no inappropriate material and also that it is submitted to the right category, industry, locations, keywords etc.

When the general public searches for videos, the related videos to what they are searching for need to appear

This is just the general concept of how it should be sorted (I would like to hire a company that is knowledgeable, experienced and creative to design, program and organize the best search functions for this) –

: State, City, Category and Sub Category. So if you are a business uploading a video or a consumer looking up a video, they check the state, city, category, sub category so the right types of business is matched with the right type of consumer. It will have all the categories and cities listed. It needs to be easy to add more categories, sub categories, cities, states and zip codes and more businesses from different areas are listed.

It will not be mandatory for people that are just searching videos to create an account, but I want it encouraged for them to. If a person who views videos creates an account then they will have preferences based on where they are located. This way by default when they go to the site, or login to the site it will automatically go to a section that is local to them.

Here are some of the other services offered on the site:

1. For the paid services, they will be listed as a “featured businesses” and show up on top of the list in their category. There will be other services offered as well that will be listed and can be purchased directly from the site.

2. There will be a service that I make a video for them using pictures, video clips and audio provided by the customer. This is done by them uploading their information to me and I will then make a video for them with that information. After I make the video they will then be able to download it directly from their account. There will be paid and free versions of this so it needs to have both options. There will be pre-created video styles and audio options. They can review and then choose what they want. When they upload their information, they need to specify any text they want included, and in what order they want their text, images and/or video clips to be seen in.

3. There will be a section designated to show Google map and where the local businesses are located on Google maps. This will be tied in with businesses that are listed on my site that also have a Google places account.
