Write Instructions and Make Changes to Django Open Source Project

OpenEcho is an incomplete open source clone of UserSatisfaction and UserVoice.

I need step by step instructions on setting up OpenEcho. I also need a sample html page with a Javascript button similar to the Feedback button seen on the left hand of the page at such sites like [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view]

Deliverables should include steps to install on a standard Linux / Apache web server, plus the HTM page with sample code.
