WordPress Coder Long-Term Basis

We are looking to hire an experienced coder to develop WordPress sites. This job will be on begin as a contract position where you are paid per project, but may progress into full time work. We are looking for someone to be able to commit to our business on a long-term basis. The right person will have the following skills and experience: • Several years of customising Wordpress themes • Intimate knowledge of Thesis theme and Thesis hooks • Ability to slice .psd file into Thesis theme • Ability to cross check sites you develop across multiple browsers to check and then fix for any compatibility issues • Customising Wordpress plugins where needed • Knowledge of how to do on-page SEO a must • Be fast working, without compromising on quality Personal Attributes: • Reliable • Trustworthy • Eager to learn new skills • Dedicated • Attention to detail • Initiative • Very good written and spoken English skills In return for your good work, we will: • Always treat you with respect • Pay bonuses from time to time • Offer the opportunity for promotion .You will be required to work on the projects Monday to Friday and be contactable during these days. • You will be hired for an initial 1 month as a trial, and if you are able to show yourself as the right person, you will be hired on an ongoing basis. • To demonstrate that you have read this application thoroughly, please tell me your favourite movie when you apply! • We look forward to hearing from you...
