The intent is for the service to be offered for different kind of profession and organization
For a fee build a portal for other organization to make it seem it is hosted on their own website
Ability to host videos for streaming on demand for a fee or for free is desired
Ability to charge individuals to offer video streaming or for organization to stream to their clients
Certification maybe be required to be different for different professions
