Hello
Im looking for a flexible developer that is comfortable in making changes we desire as the site is being developed and we may require minor changes till we are satisfied as move to the next stage of the project to develop a custom wordpress theme linux/mysql/php or if suggests another CMS if better suited,for a political talk show internet radio station,we stream with shoutcast streaming server,the candidate does not have to be familiar with shoutcast server,but it is helpful,we would like to have a couple of different options for our listeners/viewers.

Header/logo on top - we will discuss design/logo ideas
On the botton of this we want a scroller with all our programs we will have pictures of programs with their info on the pics for example DJ Test - Monday Thru Friday 10AM-12PM,so then this will link to each program's page or section,whatever is easier,so we will need a way to add or remove pictures/link to performer from the scroller and also add new ones as we get more programs/djs,this has to appear whenever a viewer changes from the main page

we want to be able to have RSS Feeds news box on left side,ad space section on right side and also outgoing links section on bottom of page,for the middle of the page we want to aggregate blog posts/articles from each different programs section,when the different DJS post to their blog,want it to update on the main page
For each dj/program sections we need these sub/categories:
Bio (page where each performer can add photo and their bio)
Articles (posts)
Videos (each dj can select videos to post from youtube ,maybe they will talk about it on their show so people can view them.
Podcast Show Archive (we will be adding the mp3 podcast of each show and talking about each show here on the page we post the podcast mp3)
Booklist page per DJ... (amazon list per dj preference)
Live Stream Playing Icon (flash player shoutcast stream player,if you dont know what this is can locate and you can paste it)
