Make my MP4 loop on my domain

I have a short 30 second MP4 I'd like to loop on my domain. I have the domain w/web hosting but need help getting it to display. I would like the MP4 to fill up the users webpage (and not be a smaller video in the middle of the page). Video is in high resolution.
Would like this to get done RIGHT AWAY as it should be a very easy job.
