Modification to create online store for classifieds

My website ([url removed, login to view]) is similar to an online classifieds like craigslist, however users must register to post ads. A user may later log in and see all of their ads, modify them, delete them, etc. I want each user's list of ads to have its own url, as to make it like an online store. In other words, currently only the user can see their list of items, and then only after they log in. I want this to be able to be public:

The user should be able to link to their store on another website and also have something like an rss feed of it, as well as the option of emailing a link (my website already uses an email system, it simply has to be made to fit for this).

On a user's individual ad, I'd like a link to their "store" that says something like "see user's other items."

I'd like for the user to be able to do some basic customization of the look of their store, perhaps with some text fields, optional personal information, location, background color/design, etc.

I am open to hear other suggestions you may have and, if accepted, would also pay for such work accordingly.
