PHP/MySQL developer ukrainian/russian speaking

Technical Requirements:

MUST KNOW:

PHP, MySql, Ajax, jQuery, CSS, W3C validation, Photoshop

- you will basically get a task and mark it as resolved once done so we can check it and close it.

- you have a dedicated project manager that is always there to guide you or provide you with more details or server access.

- 100% of the work you do or complete will be owned by our company and you cannot add it to your portfolio in any way.

- typically you will work 5-6 hours per day on average if you are good in coding.

- you don't have to be available during GMT +1 times 9-5pm, but please indicate your available working hours so we can get an idea.

- must desire work from home/telecommute position with a strong team (communication will be 90% msn, 10% email)

- must be comfortable with Russian language

Interview process:

a) Send Resume / small php task sample / MSN handle

b) Will be contacted via msn and emailed with ourmsn ID

c) A msn interview (chat only, no video/no audio necessary) will be conducted

d) if both parties interested a small test task will be given

e) if applicant completes test, applicant will be given $50 and test task will then be evaluated by Team Leader (from Ukraine).

f) Upon evaluation, a job will be offered to qualified candidates.

if you cannot work at least 5h per day from Monday to Friday, do not bid.

If you cannot email a 2-3 lines email with updates per day, do not bid. Indicate 30 days in your bid.
