We bought paid theme and need some changes

What we need doing please
• Photo’s not showing on posts and carousel – please fix
• Add in admins option to add more photo’s to listing – 10 more if needed. This then needs to display under the original photo as a carousel etc – must be able to click for larger photo.
• Right hand panel – remove the latest posts, pages and archive sections. Right hand needs to start with search , categories, then advertising banners (something like current one)
• Any reference to “blog” or “post” needs to be changed listing (language file somewhere?
• Listing status – as can be seen on the search bar and when posting – needs only – For Sale , For Rent – any others to remove
• When Posting a new property, need the following items added as inputs – below the current bedroom, bathroom, garage – Carport , House Size m2 , Land Size m2
This is the first bits to fix – once done we will assess the work and then we will get into more tricky stuff such as submit listing, payments , agent dashboard, comms etc
Access details will be provided to work on site
No milestone payment until completed or portions completed as the previous "winner" did nothing for 3 weeks

I've done similar works before, and all my feedbacks are for WordPress work. I've done real estate website on WordPress a month ago for my friend. As for carousel of images - I will do it with a help of jQuery.
