234553 Simple PHP work is needed

Hello,

I need simple php work to be done on index page (in html) of one website because the home page design is changed (the old is in php). You will need to use the functions of old page to new page + making header/footer etc. It will take hardly 1-2 hours to do this job. I need it to be done within 1-2 hours on urgent basis.
