I need a freelancer who can start right away and interact with me on skype to help modify the site design and wordpress template for the following site:

1) Add header that is constant (responsive) with overall company logo
2) Adjust menu layout for home to have four restaurant logos, when one is picked, it slides up to the top where the current 'gl' logo is and the menu options for that restaurant appear
3) adjust wordpress admin menus to account for this and allow for changing of options within each restaurant (menu, pictures, location
4) add wordpress widget capability
5) Tune template for mobile optimization (iphone and android scroll menus)
