looking for someone who can design and script a electronic magazine and advertising home website as follows: (basic information...get in touch for complete details)

1. users can register, be directed to our payment gateway for yearly subscription fees payment and all their info added to a database.

2. once a registered and payment has been made, members have access to a "opera" style community site of our publication where members can edit and post advertisements in our publication...again to post a advertisement payment has to be made first and we must be able to approve an ad for publishing.

3. an admin area where i can manage users and upload the weekly publication and mail it to all subscribers of the magazine as well as advertisers

i have done the basic layout and design in photoshop already

if there is anyone willing to take on this project and get paid in egold it will be a plus as i have some egold available i want to get rid off.
