Website design (finish already started task)

Hello,

I have started a website, but the previous programmer never finished it.

We need a new programmer to continue this task. The HTML of the site is already installed on the site as you can see here: [url removed, login to view]

What I need:

- The design must be like a WARDROBE. (it's a site of CLOTHES)

- I need the site to run in joomla (or even more simple)

- Site needs to run in PORTUGUESE/ENGLISH languages

- Each customer can register, has avatar,and message box

- The site must have to support 3 options: SHOW, SELLOR CHANGE, SEARCHING (each

customer can display their own clothes tosell or change on their

profile) Exactly like in the example site I provided: [url removed, login to view]
