fix a few bugs in windows forms screenshot application

I found a sample application which I would like to study further, but it has a few small bugs which I need worked out before I spend serious time following the same pattern for a related project. The sample can be found at: [url removed, login to view] The first problem is that when you click on a drop down list box such as the one at ([url removed, login to view]) the image of the dropped down list isn't included in the screen shots. Meaning the list should become part of the 3D animation not an independently floating window. Of course you should be able to select an item from the drop down list with your mouse like you would expect. Also I would like an event to be fired (with an accompanying event handler that shows a message box or something when the event is fired) when a text box is clicked on. Also an event when the text box loses focus. Then have a C# string variable which would allow me to manipulate the text in the text box by manipulating a string. Please feel free to suggest a better way to deal with text input if you have one. I would need you to place comments everywhere you had to add or make a change to the existing code. This probably wouldn't be too hard for someone who is really good with winforms and gdi+.
