fix the attached Delphi code (2009-5-10)(repost)

I wrote some Delphi code that displays vertically on screen all the fields of a single table record in a DBGrid (see camstasia video [url removed, login to view])

Complete and fully test this code.

To explain better:

The application currently displays table data in a form by using a TDBGrid (see [url removed, login to view])

Some customers would like to see the same data one record at time, with the fields vertically placed on screen.

I need a way to automatically create this sort of layout for any kind of table.

I wrote some code which creates what is shown in [url removed, login to view] .

The code works, but several details have to be ironed out, a better look and feel is required and the code must be fully tested.

In particular, the source DBGrid could have one or multiple lookup field. This case must be handled.

Main code to fix is in unit [url removed, login to view] .

I expect you to write a test application, where some database data is displayed in form tur23.

Please use TEasyTable ([url removed, login to view]) to store data.

The project is complete when horizontal data in the Browse page is nicely displayed and edited in Edit page.

Each horizontal field should be displayed in a TEdit control (or the like) having the same width as the corresponding DBGrid column.

I suggest you make grid internal lines of column 1 invisible so that only the embedded control is shown. Again: the look should be nice.
