Looking for a word cloud type script

I am looking for a simple word cloud script just like the one you see on 500words.com. Please refer to that website and to [url removed, login to view] for more info about what this sofware does. This software will be used for personal use. I need this project to be completed in 7 days or less & within my given budget. 1. This particular script must support HTML, PHP & MySQL. Additionally it should have a password-protected admin. page, where I can a) customize the look of site, b) add a custom error/thank you page, c) set the pricing for words and options, d) add/remove the words to appear on page, and remove them if needed, e) add my admin email address for the success page and error pages. 2. Display on the actual page the users see must be adjustable, because words will differ in sizes depending on what user chooses. 3. All words not yet purchased on the site must link back to the actual purchase page. 4. Buyer has option to suggest his own words. Anyone who does this must be put on hold until I agree to accept it - and have the ability to accept or deny it in the admin panel. 5. Must be a space on the purchase page for user agreement to be checked by buyer. 6. Buyer must be taken to a page where he's asked to choose the font style, size, color, his name, site title, description, url, & email address. Next he must be taken to the next page where he's free to review/view his details. Script must also generate the total cost ready for payment at Paypal. 6. Must have a thank you page after the order is completed and an error page when error occurs. 7. Must have a nice/clean look which can be customized, with an area for a "sponsored link advertiser" of my choosing to appear at the bottom of page. 8. Must be highly customizable to add other links like Contact us,FAQ,blog,and Partners page. 9. Script must be able to use over and over on more than 1 site. 10. Automatic approval for words on page. 10. Claimed words on sites- links open in a new window.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Complete and full description of all details needed to install and use the software herein in easy to follow language that even beginners could understand. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

4) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
