VS NET ADO DLL

I would like a NET 2005 ADO dll that has the functionallity of the DAO dll that is provided in the zip file. This functionallity should include but not limited to:

1) create a user determined number of columns.

2) create a user determined data type for each column from a set of provided types (with a default type)

3) create a user provided field size with default value

4) generate a key and insert it at the end of each row.

5) it must be able to determine if the db is open

6) it must be able to create the db

7) it must be able to open the db

8) it must be able to close the db

9) It must be able to add records(row)

10) It must be able to delete records (row)

11) It must be able to edit a field in a record

I would like a test stub to check out the dll. I don't even know if the above requirements makes sense but they can be negotiated.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

The OS is XP and software development environment is VS .NET 2005.
