Software similar to webshots desktop software

We need a software that will b very similar to the webshots desktop software, that allows the rotation of wallpapers as well as maintains an active desktop calendar.

Well, what we exactly need is a software that will allow us to make *.exe files. These files will be distributed to our associates as "new year gifts".

Our idea is to send our associates a Desktop calendar which has our company logo on the images and hence we need that the distributed exe's dont have any facility to change images.

I hope you get the idea.

Our need = A fully customizable software that allows us to generate a *.exe which can be distributed to our clients as a gift. There is no issue of registration required here as we will give the file as a gift.

The *.exe distributed to our associates will have limitations like ,

1. The user cannot add new background images . He/she is only able to use

our preselected images, which will bear our company name.

2. The user cannot change date icons.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).

## Platform

The software should be compatible with windows OS. As in, it should work equally well with win 98/NT/Xp
