minor tweaking for site's theme

Looking for a reasonable bid for this project. And good communicator that can provide the status of the project daily. The customization is done, just do some tweaking and provide documentation of what to it is done by the previous programmer so I can do upgrade to the newer version of the theme. I just needs some minor adjustments just by bringing the original settings back or some tweaking/fixing.
Gather and Fix what the previous programmer did to my site’s theme (salutation), so I would be able to upgrade to the newer version of the theme.
1. The customization of the theme is done, but he introduced some bugs that need some fixing by bringing back the original settings. I need you to extract what he did so I can upgrade. Make sure you also are extracting the script which also adjust to the installed active plugins.( If you are switching from the current theme and the original theme you can see the difference.)

2. Original plan was to make the avatar bigger and in portrait size, but he couldn’t figure out how to adjust the sizes when cropping, so the images looks stretched in Y, I asked to bring back the original size, but he did not go through all changes, some parts it still looks stretched. I want you to make sure all settings are consistent.
3. He introduces shadowing and framing to the white boxes info. I want you to fix that, bring back to the original settings. I want the white a little darker compare to the background so It can pop a little bit, like what you can see on the mobile device (just a little color adjustment). See note_01.jpg. Make sure to fix that across the website which introduces in some pages and posts settings.

4. Buddypress Activity streams across the site, in the front page and buddypress pages.
