Customizing Feeds

Essentially, I need a website that can take in 1000s of feeds, and then process each article in each feed to be searchable by keywords. The key words should then be able to be sorted by categories:

Category A

- Category A1

- Category A2

-- Category A2a

-- Category A2b

Category B

- Category B1

Each category should then displayed all the relevant articles to the keyword. You need to ensure that it is dynamically updated as the feed's item changes, meaning that the information displayed is always current.

Additionally the contents of the pages have to be search engine friendly.

Should allow for header/footer as well to integrate my site design in.

2nd part of the project will be to allow for a simple user registration with basic user data like name, email, country and a few more optional information. Crucially though, each user should be allowed to have x number of custom categories that they will be able to view the moment they are logged in.

*Additional note*
Users should have the capability to customize a small widget to allow them to display it on other websites, ala Twitter.

I should also be able to customize feeds for use on other websites based on x number of keywords.
